Also, hub.brussels has been supporting all the existing across districts in Brussels for many years. It partnered with Blazeclan with an aim to build a robust analytics tool that promotes building the next-generation shopping sector and installments of new shops.<\/p>\n<h2><b>The Need for Field Analytics Platform<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>hub.brussels aimed at increasing their efficiency in the view and analysis of data associated with Brussels entrepreneurship. By analysing and comparing all the data collected over the years, hub.brussels was looking to serve all businesses, tourists, and entrepreneurs in the Brussels Economy, while promoting establishment of the next-generation shopping sector.<\/p>\n<p>A key requirement of hub.brussels was the development of a robust big data and analytics tool, field.analytics. The field.analytics platform was meant to facilitate viewing, analyzing, and processing the data.<\/p>\n<p>Key focus areas in this project included<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Developing unique capabilities to empower innovators via real-time data, B2B partnerships, and leveraging IoT as well as connected devices.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Setting up a data lake for seamless data collection from various sources.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Rethinking the working patterns of management groups for digitizing their process and enabling convenient management of field agents by administrators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"case-testimonial-box\" style=\"background-image: url(https:\/\/blazeclan.com\/wp-content\/themes\/blazeclan\/assets\/images\/shape-2.svg);\" ><div class=\"content-box\"><div class=\"qoute-icon d-inline-flex align-items-center justify-content-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blazeclan.com\/wp-content\/themes\/blazeclan\/assets\/images\/icons\/qoute-icon.svg\" alt=\"qoute\"><\/div><p> \u201cBy developing a custom cloud environment for hub.brussels, Blazeclan helped us to improve the way we monitor Brussels economy and the way we provide advices to companies located in the region. Blazeclan was a strong partner and helped us to understand our users concerns, suggested an adapted technical solution to fullfil them and developed this solution with a great project management.\u201d<\/p> <div class=\"client-info\">Juan Vazquez Parras, Head of Project Services - hub.brussels<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<h2><b>The Solution<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>The field.analytics platform has been reserved completely for the hub.brussels\u2019 field supervisors. With field.analytics platform, the field agents were able to create campaigns time-effectively, which in turn facilitated them in carrying out the survey missions. Post-data collection, the platform enabled supervisors to verify and analyze the data. The analysis involved verifying accuracy of the data collected, approving it, or re-assigning missions to field agents for collecting new data.<\/p>\n<h2>The Approach Followed<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">A comprehensive functional analysis has been done from the perspective of both technical and operational.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Multiple proof-of-concepts (POCs) have been prepared for validating the approach and scope of the solution.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">For validating the functional analysis and the POCs prepared, multiple work sessions have been conducted with the management team.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The field analytics platform was developed with the highest agility possible. Here all field agents and managers were delivered with the capability to make further modifications to the application.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">A robust project management was used for successful implementation of the platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Benefits <\/b>Achieved by hub.brussels<\/h2>\n<p><b>Seamless Data Consolidation<\/b>: The field analytics platform provided the customer with a seamless data consolidation. It helped them simply consume the gathered data instantly as and when required.<\/p>\n<p><b>Convenient Data Accessibility<\/b>: The field analytics platform enabled a convenient access to the data gathered, which furthered changed the culture within the organization as even the non-data oriented users were able to access the data easily. The platform was made highly dependable with updated dashboards that drive performance and deliver high quality reports.<\/p>\n<p><b>High Reliability<\/b>: The platform delivered high reliability, as it offered simplified versions of the information on the web application.
